Cruise Ghent and Bruges
A luxury cruise along the canals of Belgium on a boutique barge
Discover
Delfine
Wake each morning to a different view, where quiet waterways lead to the fairytale cities of Bruges and Ghent. Beyond your cabin window, centuries of history await, ready to unfold the moment you step ashore–before the crowds. Gently drift through the waterways of Flanders in air-conditioned comfort aboard Delfine, a lovingly restored historic barge hosted by owners Tim and Karina.
Each day is shaped around your interests, guided by Yves, whose passion for Belgium is woven into every journey—from world-famous galleries to medieval streets and hidden corners rarely found in guidebooks. Chef Keam brings Belgium to the table through seasonal produce, regional specialities and thoughtfully paired local beers and wines. This is slow travel at its finest. Luxury accommodation that travels with you.
The best journeys linger long after they’ve ended. Delfine leaves you with more than photographs–a lasting connection to this remarkable corner of Europe, its waterways and the people who bring them to life.

Discover the Experience

Built in 1907 and thoughtfully restored for modern travel, Delfine combines the timeless character of a historic barge with the comfort of a boutique hotel. Designed for just four guests, she offers a level of privacy, space and personal attention rarely found on the water. An intimate way to explore Belgium, where every detail is shaped around comfort, connection and the simple pleasure of slowing down.
Spacious cabins, quiet corners to read, sunlit communal spaces and a rooftop terrace make life aboard as enjoyable as every destination. Watch cyclists meander along the towpaths, share stories with the captain in the wheelhouse, linger over a glass of Belgian beer in the evening air, or simply lose yourself in a good book as the countryside drifts quietly by.
A place that feels less like a hotel and more like a home.

Inspired by the places you’ll visit, each menu celebrates the flavours, traditions and ingredients of the region. Elegant without being formal, generous without ever feeling heavy.
Breakfasts ease you into the day. Relaxed lunches at local restaurants follow mornings ashore, while evenings are a chance to gather around the table over beautifully prepared small plates, local beers and carefully selected wines. Time to share, to relax and enjoy a meal in the company of family and friends. These are the moments that stay with you long after the journey ends.
